POSTAGE & PACKAGING: The prices on our website do not include postage
and packaging. We charge for these at COST. We use different ways to send out
your orders. Once we receive your order, we calculate the correct freight charges
that are the most cost-effective for you and inform you as soon as possible.
For security reasons, we advise that your packages are registered. There is
a cost of €4.40 to register individual packages. We charge a basic fee
of €1.00 per package for packing materials. Our standard is to ship within
48 hours of receiving orders.
Please note that Non registered postage is cheaper and 99 % of the packages
sent this way arrive safely to our clients, but we do not guarantee a refund
in case it is lost on the way. Registered post offers you a guarantee.
Lost packages: Usually all packages arrive, sometimes delayed, but they arrive.
Please allow enough time before contacting us regarding a lost package. We will
be only able to locate registered lost packages with the shipper once the package
is reasonably late.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: For all packages sent out of the European
Union we are NOT obliged to charge you the Value Added Tax
that is already included in our prices. This tax is 6% for books and 21% for
all other products. We deduct these amounts when sending packages outside the
EU. But for this to be valid, we MUST register the package for the 4.30
fee. This facility can add up to a lot of savings for you on larger orders.
DISCOUNTS: For orders over 75,
excluding shipping, we offer a 5% discount. For orders over 125,
excluding shipping, we offer a 10% discount. The discount does not apply for
